A post about nothing in specific

Today, I cleaned my room. It's not an insanely fun job, but with the beat of Somebody That I Used To Know by Gotye and the promise of a nice, neat room I plowed through the mess of softball clothing, library books, and homework that carpeted my floor. (So I'm exaggerating a little bit, it really wasn't that bad.)
The end result is that my room is lovely and clean and adorable now, everything organized into labeled bins and perfectly sorted away. I've even a nice little heart shaped vase of beautiful wooden flowers beside my bed. Which makes me go like
(It makes me feel all professional and fancy and cutesy having flowers in my room. Just in case you were wondering.)
What I desperately want now, and this is going to sound creepy but bear with me, is a styrofoam head. You see, I have this collection of pretty headbands, most of which are bows or flowers. I would love to get a styrofoam head, paint it all up, and be able to keep my headbands and sunglasses on it. Hopefully they have one at Michaels, so I can go purchase one.
...I'm pretty sure this is possibly one of the most boring blog posts ever. I'm sorry. And I'm not sure why I just wrote "purchase" instead of "buy" or "get." I guess having my grandmother in the house, (who, btdubs, I lent my copy of the Hunger Games to. Which I don't mind, but now she's gone and "lent" it to one of her "friends." Aka, she's given my book to some old lady who will probably never read it and spill old person coffee all over it. Thank you so much grandma. Thank you.) makes me talk like I was born in the seventeenth century.
Which, I'm sorry, but my amazing parents talk like they're stuck in a time capsule from the middle ages. I love them to pieces, and they're the best parents ever, and they do a crazy amount of stuff for me and my siblings. But, like alot of parents, they have Ancient-person syndrome. (Which, barring young death, I will probably have someday too.) And then when they try to talk like they live in the 21st century, it's just disturbing.
Of course I'm kind of a butt to them about it, too. For example:

Mom: Oh my goodness, I had that car! I think it was from '78 or '79.
Me: What, B.C.?

~

Dad: When I was your age, I walked to school.
Me: And it was uphill both ways and you had to defend yourself from dinosaur attacks, yes yes.

('Cept I don't have to walk to school. Since I'm cool like that.)

And etc on the conversations.

...so I'm not actually sure where this post is going. It's kind of disjointed.

So anyhow, I love Sokka to pieces. Just to add another element of confusion to this post.

anjsdnfsdf well I should most likely being finishing up on some Geometry problems and be practicing piano. Fuuuuuuuuuunnn.

OH EM GEE I JUST REMEMBERED. THE NEXT RICK RIORDIAN KANE CHRONICLES BOOK IS COMING OUT TOMORROW. I SHALL HAVE TO MAKE MY PARENTS TAKE ME TO GO GET IT.

OO AND THEN AFTER THAT, THE NEXT CASSANDRA CLAIRE BOOK IS COMING OUT. Which I'm super excited about, don't get me wrong. But I would be even more excited if it were the third Infernal Devices book and not the 928490823th Mortal Instruments book, but whatevs. Still amazing.

And omg omg omg I'm freaking so freaking excited becauseeee come May I GET TO HAVE SOFTBALL GAMES. THAT'S RIGHT. SOFTBALL IS STARTING UP. And I might even have a mini 14U Nitros tournament with the 14U Thunder!! Woooooott. Excuse me while I hyperventilate for a moment.

But all in all, It's been a decent day. Hung out w/ some friendish people earlier, went to B&B, got some chai tea<3, and solved my friend's algebra problems ALLL IINN MY HEAD because I'm awesome like that. XD
Oo, I had Music Man all weekend and pitched the opening pitch for all of my town to start off the LL season. Anyhow, I really need to go do homework soo tootles, thank you for reading my post if you've managed to navigate the "OOH LOOK PRETTY SHINY DISTRACTIONS" this far, and here's a piece of love for you for being so amaziingg:

LAVA YOU IMAGINARY FOLLOWERS WHO, ACCORDING TO MY BLOG, COME MOSTLY FROM ASIA! THAANKS FOR READINNNN

Meeeeeeeeeeeeee

Everything you always wanted to know and never did about Libby

I love spicy food, and I'm obsessed with Chinese food. 'Nuff said.
I do the freaking best impersonation of Snoop Dogg. If you don't believe me ask Annie.(Or should I say *Bannie)
I'm okay at yodeling, but I generally stick to being a classical soprano.
Ketchup is better than mustard.
I used to desperately want to to play football. But my dad never let me. *tear.*
I have an extremely high pain tolerance, possibly because I can't make it through one softball game without seriously bruising, ripping open, or otherwise injuring some part of my person. But that's okay, my knees are already comprised of scar tissue from said sport so it doesn't matter anymore.
Somedays, I just wander outside and flop out on the lawn and watch the clouds or inspect the grass and just daydream. It's very exciting.
When I'm really upset, I go outside at night and swing on our swingset, staring at all the stars and dreaming about past happier times or a better ones in the future. On the topic of stars, I have a pretty good knowledge of the night sky and can point out several constellations.
I'm constantly reading, and if you took me to the library and had me skim the stacks I could point out at least one book on every single shelf that I've read. Right now my count on Goodreads.com is over 800 books read, and my lazily upkept goal for the end of 2012 is to reach 1000.
I don't really use it anymore when talking to my friends, but I used to get teased for having the biggest vocabulary of pretty much any almost 14 year old girl in the history of ever. (Okay so maybe not. But my writing teacher used to think so XD)
I love Halloween, and I always make my costumes myself.
When I was little, I had the biggest obsession with fairies and other magical creatures. To prove it, my room is filled to the brim with in depth books depicting profiles of Redcaps and Sprites and other crazy thingermagajigs. I also have hundreds of tiny figurines of princes, princesses, fairies, unicorns, magical horsey thingies, centaurs, evil peopleses, and other random characters.
My room is also filled with a giant collection of frogs. Glass frogs, porcelain frogs, wooden frogs, foreign frogs (don't ask), plastic frogs, stuffed frogs, fabric frogs, clay frogs, I'm -running-out-of-materials-to-list frogs...pretty sure you get the point. C: I even have a freaking website. Froggy Friends Foundation. Google it. Be my guest. (It's to raise awareness about the extinction of amphibians. Which is legit, thank you very much. :3)
I love to shoot. Guns. .22 rifles, air rifles and air pistols. It's also my dream to shoot a semi and a full automatic. (Kinda doubt that's happening, though.) I'm a DE, or Distinguished Expert, which is the highest honor of qualification you can get.
I looove scrapbooking, and I have a bunch of scrapbooks and clipboard books of my friends and I and the freaky Farrar gang that chill around in my room.
I really love to draw. My specialty is realistic. I'll post some pictures latterrr.
I'm Harry Potter and Percy Jackson obsessed. Look, I grew up lovin' them and I didn't stop when I hit the teen years. (Beeeecause I'm awesome like that.)
I wuv softball. I play short stop and third when I have a chance to play infield besides catcher and pitcher. I throw fastball, changeup, curveball, riseball, dropball, and I kind of fail at screwball but I'm working on it XD I've been playing for 9 years since at the age of 5 I joined my first ever LL team, which had something to do with "Oak" in the title. (Yes, that's all I can remember XD. Don't judge.) I currently play for Seniors LL and 14U Nitros ASA travel softball. I have a collection of about 10 MVP medals, 7 trophies (though I have a few more that aren't from SB). My favorite trophy is from last year, my Majors championship trophy. WEEE AARE THE CHAAAMPIONSS! <3
So I sort of have a collection of Collector's Barbie dolls from different countries. They're actually pretty intense. STTOOPP JUDDGING MEE
I love Disney. (Just not Disney channel. Because it's stupid.)
I film, write, direct, and most of all act in widely popular horror films. Bannie and Carb Productions, inc, was founded in 2011 and since then has made about a dozen terrifying low-budget horror movies.  And they're seriously sexy good. :] B&C has also made several music videos for Disturbia, California Gurls, and an Adam Lambert song that I'm totally forgetting the name of. (I just broke the professional demeanor, didn't I? Derrpp)
I love anime and manga. Com'on, you have to nerd out sometimesss. SPEAKING OF WHICHH I AM OBSESSED WITH AVATAR: THE LAST AIRBENDER. Watch it. Now. Go. Get off my blog and don't come back until you agree with me that Appa is the freaking most adorable flying bison ever. (And possibly the only flying bison ever. But that's beside the point.) Also the platypus bear that appeared for like 30 seconds in one of the later episodes of season 1 was pretty damn cute.
SPEAKING OF TV SHOWS if you've never watched Merlin then eff you why are you wasting your time reading this and not watching the adorkableness (yes, I said aDORKableness. It's fitting okay?) of Colin Morgan.
And, If you've never watched Sherlock, I altogether ban you from reality. Because I said so.
British TV shows are so much better. If only they knew what "dental" and "care" are, them Jam lovin' episodes would freaking rule the freaking planet freaking earth.  Don't ask me how a TV show manages to rule the earth, but it's true.
I want to be a field paleontologist when I grow up. I'm planning on going to college for a double major in biology and geology, then get a graduate's in paleontology. (I hope you didn't just get blown out of your chair by the statement of my awesome dream. If you did, I'm not paying for the consequences.)
I'm a cat person.
I'm in love with Chris Pine. Also Benedict, my beautiful Cumberbatch. And Colin Morgan, the adorkable little wizard mentioned above.
I get distracted pretty easil--OMG SQUIRREL!!
I'm a big supported of inside jokes.
I've skied and skated since I could walk. We have a season pass every year at Bristol and we build a skating rink in our side yard every year.
I love classics! I read loikee every classiccc there is. I have them all on my Kindle.
I'm obsessed with Sherlock Holmes (the stories, movies, TV shows, whatever) and I lovvvvvvvveeeeeeeeeeee forensic shows.
I used to be an Indian Princess with my dad, who was the Head Chief of the program thank you berry muchh. (It was a legit program.)
I used to want to be a forensic anthropologist, and part of me still kind of does. Thanks, Bones XD
Okay I'm getting seriously bored writing this, so I'll come back later. XD (Attention span of a goldfish in the house)

So. I don't really know if anyone actually cares, but something that I fall in love with is...drum roll please...

EYES.

I have this weird secret obsession with them. It isn't some awkward fetish or anything, I just am fascinated and entranced by the color and shape of different eyes. Brown, black, blue, green, hazel, whatever. They're all gorgeous and unique and incredible. When I fall in love, eyes are one of the main things that attract me.

Ask me the eyecolor of pretty much anyone I know or have met and I generally can tell you.

I loooove taking pictures of eyes. Like, I would totally walk around taking pictures of everyone's eyes. Like a proper creeper.

Below are some pictures taken in like summer or fall of 2009. Enjoy:)

This one above is Annie's eye :D
This one above is my, Libby's, eye :D
And this one's Marie's eye!

^^^^^^^^^^ I now know why my computer's been running slowly.

Crazy kid

On the suggestion of one of my friends, I figured it was time to clean out some of "My Pictures." From which I have discovered a cache of downright emo photos taken about 1-2 years ago.

...stop laughing.

My Friends

MY FRIENDS
These aren't all of my wonderful friends, and there's tons of others that I'd love to include in here but I don't have the photos on hand. This is to all my gorgeous, wonderful girls. You've been there for me, and I couldn't ask for any better gift. Thank you<3
(Some of these photos are kind of old. Oh well!)

"Lean on me, when you're not strong, and I'll be your friend, I'll help you carry on, for it won't be long, 'til I'm going to need somebody to lean on.
- "Lean On Me"

"I get by with a little help from my friends."
- John Lennon

"You've got troubles, I've got 'em too. There isn't anything I wouldn't do for you. We'll stick together to see it through cause you've got a friend in me."
- Randy Newman

"Without you, there'd be no sun in my sky, there would be no love in my life, there'd be no world left of me."
- Leann Rimes

Thank you. To all my gorgeous, wonderful, smart, incredible, fantastic friends. Thank you.
You've meant so much to me over the years and you still do. A family as beautiful as my real one. A fallback. A listening ear. A shoulder to cry on. A person to laugh and play games when nobody else wanted to. Thank you.
I love you all.
